I've been doing it as a slow exposure thing. Following the suggestions in the book, I get the shampoo on and then step out of the stream. I then lower the temperature of the water, so its noticiably colder, then step back in, back first. Once I'm used to that temp, I'll drop it some more, then some more, then some more. As I'm about to shut everything of, I'll make it 100% cold, usually for a few seconds.

Good luck.

Actually, yes to all questions!

Also, thanks for the love! The Pano team is a friendly bunch, so send them an e-mail and expect a nice reply!

As far as marketing, yes I do share. In fact, I've taught a few classes here in Brooklyn and have done some private work for a few brands. I also do design work! Shoot me an e-mail and let's discuss! jefframos [at] jefframos [dot] com

Hello!

I was looking up cool backgrounds for my iPhone, and I came across your site. First off, I would like to let you know that I love everything you've done. And I even downloaded that cool little Pano app! Now, I've been searching around a bit on your page and I ended up at this post caught my eye since I am quite interested in marketing and promotion activities. Now I am curious if you could perhaps share these techniques? If you could that would be awesome!

Also, I've just got to ask; do you do designs for people? And if so, how much do you charge?

Thanks a ton,
